SPRING AND SUMMER 2014- News from the South of France

Following a bumper dance season here in the South of France Christina’s reviews of several performances  appear in the June edition of Dancing Times and other reviews can be found on www.dancetabs.com. We are now looking forward to the regular summer festival season in the region which continues to expand each year. If the Avignon Festival continues to include little dance in its programme, the dance festivals in Marseille, Montpellier and Vaison-La-Romaine are busier than ever and the local companies from Monte-Carlo, Nice and Aix-en-Provence will all be performing new programmes.

The publication of Here Today, Gone Tomorrow – A Life in Dance continues to bring us in touch with ex-company members and colleagues, some of whom will be visiting us this summer. It is rewarding to see so many, now settled all over the world, doing well in their new professions.
